Loved it, especially since I'm in the middle of re-reading "Hypnotherapy" by Dave Elman. I remember stepping in the elevator, then you said something about "relax 4 times", then I resurfaced. I feel very relax and calm now, I can't tell you how much I needed that. Thank you.
Oh yes! I was absolutely delighted by it, but then got completely relaxed and forgot hahaha, thank you for the reminder, I must incorporate it in my work too, that had a magical effect!
This worked wonderfully well. My head had been all over the place with multiple things demanding my attention, but your instructions are so clear and precise I found myself just drifting, content, not really wanting to come back, for what could have been a very long while after you stopped talking. It was a truly delicious experience.
I recognized that Rumi quote: what a gem! :) I have to say... I was going down floor by floor through a series of elevators in a nice tidy building... or so it seemed. The second to last floor became all of a sudden much more interesting as I stepped out of the elevator... and when I got to the last level, I found myself at the bottom of a deep crack in the earth and there had clearly been an earthquake... I don't know what the hell that means, but I will go back and find out! I liked the sense of: "oh, there's plenty of room and possibilities for rebuilding here!" that I experienced down there.
Just did that exercise and found it very powerful. I felt I needed it. I said to my partner: « I need to listen to Anthony’s voice and do self-hypnosis (it’s my anchor to go deep into hypnosis).
Truly amazing thank you 🙏
Thanks Jude! Appreciate your feedback.
I loved this. I hung out there at the end and got in some + affirmations. Thank you.
Great. It made more sense to make the return permissive. Glad you took the invitation to hang out and made use of it.

Thanks for the feedback. Glad it was timely.
Absolutely loved this, I agree with Julie, I didn't want to come back at all
Thanks Ashwita! Hope you enjoyed the Rumi suggestion.

Brilliant! !!! Enjoy time for this everyday- my new Go To Space
Really enjoyed this one and went very deep. Did feel a bit of an effort having to engage my right arm to pick up the left arm, but did work. Thank you
Also currently reading Dave Elman Hypnotherapy. Very easy and enjoyable to read.
Reseting ♡︎ Thank you Anthony!
